·        Set up decorations and table settings at the reception hall up on the day of the wedding.

*Any items needing breakdown at the end of the event will be your responsibility.

·        Clients provide the decorations

·        Up to 2 hours consultation + 2 hours reception time

·        Reception timeline creation and distribution

 

PACKAGE 2 – Special Designz ($350)

·         Vendor confirmations the week of the wedding

·         Plan and discuss weekend timeline of all wedding day activities from start to finish

·         Overseeing set up of reception location

·         Up to 4 hours of consultation + 3 hours reception time

PACKAGE 3 – Touches of EleganZ ($500) all day setup and whole reception

·         Up to 6 hours consultation + whole reception time

·         Discuss clients wishes & desires for their dream wedding

·         Wedding style and theme designs

·         Vendor selections

·         Design room layout for ceremony and reception location

·         Assist with seating chart and tables cards for reception

·         Prepare detailed itineraries for bridal party and vendors

·         Provide extensive emergency kit for bridal party

·         Complete stress relief for you during your event; let me take care of things while you relax and enjoy your special day!

 PACKAGE 4  – Grande Finalz ($1450)

·         Up to 6 hours consultation + rehearsal dinner + whole reception time

·         Discuss clients wishes & desires for their dream wedding

·         Wedding style and theme designs

·         Vendor selections

·         Design room layout for ceremony and reception location

·         Assist with seating chart and tables cards for reception

·         Prepare detailed itineraries for bridal party and vendors

·         Provide extensive emergency kit for bridal party
